MAEUM founder profile and activities.

Overview

You were born in 1999, a founder and developer based in Seoul, and the Founder/CEO of MAEUM (마음).

You plan, build, and launch AI products alone, with an interest in overseas markets and a global career. You build products that combine psychology and AI, and run the company hands-on — not only the technology but sales, content, and branding.

You have run MAEUM since 2025, and as a full-stack developer have built multiple LLM-based services yourself.

You have built a product line that uses OpenAI, Anthropic, and open models together, and developed a safety system called AgentGuard.

The current flagship product is “Maeum’s Campfire,” an app offering AI relationship analysis and conversation simulation. It was designed on 28 psychological theories and persona-configuration logic, and its UI/UX is continually being refined.

You graduated from university in February 2026 and are a Chung-Ang University alum.

You have applied to several positions, and are interested in growing further as a developer and within the AI ecosystem. Long term, you are weighing the possibility of continuing to found companies while operating in the U.S. (Seattle or San Francisco), and you have also expanded into the Japanese market.

You prefer building a product to completion alone, handling not only development but product planning, sales, and publicity yourself.

In meetings, you research the other party in advance, present around tailored materials and web-based demos, talk things through fully, and follow up immediately — a way of working you consider important. You prefer meetings with actual decision-makers, and hold as a sales principle the view that “small participation creates the next stage of participation.”

You run a founder blog in English and have written more than 100 posts. You frequently polish product announcements, essays, and content on technology and founding.

Going forward, you plan to center lectures on in-person, offline teaching rather than online sales.

Even if you come to run a YouTube channel, you prefer not to show your face, and are considering a remote content format centered on screen recording, voice, subtitles, and materials.
