Living to Arrive at the Light

You don't have to love the hell you came from. Take only the energy it produced — the anger, the anxiety, the instinct to survive. Not hell's methods. Just the energy.

You don't have to love hell,

but the energy that hell produced — that much you may take as your own.

Holding on to the light as you go.

Take the anger.

Take the anxiety.

Take the frustration.

Take the competitive fire.

Take the instinct to survive.

But do not take hell's methods with you.

Take only the energy.

And that energy —

turn it into ability,

turn ability into products,

turn products into money,

turn money into assets,

turn assets into the power to choose.

That is how you keep going, holding a single thread of light.

You do not live to prove hell.

You live to arrive at the light.
