Data remains, but feeling fades.

We live in an age that cannot remember the truth.

So here is my proposal.

The Ma-eum Archive

– A sensory-based digital backup system

– A public structure that stores everything from policy and social trends to citizens' reactions

– Tamper-proof, un-deletable, and centered on restoring context

– A first step toward turning a human-centered memory system into national infrastructure

This proposal

has been prepared in the form of a formal proposal,

a public-infrastructure design that can be submitted to the Korean government and local authorities.

Even if we make use of foreign technology,

the flow and records of our citizens must be backed up, owned, and protected by South Korea.

There is no digital sovereignty without data sovereignty.

We’re living in an age where data survives—but meaning doesn’t.

What we forget is not just facts, but feeling and context.

Here’s my proposal:

– Designed to store not only events and policies, but public response and emotional context

– Immutable, non-deletable, and human-centered

– A new public infrastructure to preserve what truly matters—for the future

This proposal

and ready for submission to government agencies and municipalities in South Korea.
