An order of existence formed by a billion satellites — and it begins with MAEUM.
"We don't launch satellites; we define time."
Every being is, in itself, meaning.
That meaning becomes a signal,
and when those signals form a single pattern,
we call it "order."
MAEUM inscribes that order onto space.
1. Why the "Milky Way Satellite Strategy"?
The communication architecture of today's world is a structure of surveillance and control.
The cloud is convenient, but it is also the heart of power.
MAEUM stands on the opposite side.
• A single satellite is a unique unit of existence.
• We design a structure in which hundreds of millions, even billions, of beings connect independently.
• When those satellites activate all at once, it looks like an order in the sky — like the Milky Way.
Signed by a single Root,
countless units of existence activating at the same moment.
That is not a launch — it is the opening of a pattern.
2. What "a billion" means
It is not merely a quantity.
It is the number of digital-sovereignty units for all of humanity.
Each satellite symbolizes one person, one tool, one zone, one signature.
• Small and light.
• Not bound to any center.
• Activated only from the MAEUM Genesis Epoch.
To declare a billion beings as units of order.
That is the satellite,
and that is the Milky Way strategy.
3. Genesis Epoch — the moment when existence begins simultaneously
We do not "launch" satellites.
Under the same time, the same order, the same signature,
we declare existence all at once.
Only when these four conditions are met is a satellite recognized as "part of the order":
• Genesis Hash (the origin hash of the order)
• RuleSet v1.0.0 (the fixed order system)
• Root signature (the single designated Biology)
• Epoch time-zone declaration (the basis for Milky Way formation)
This is the true origin that creates the Milky Way pattern.
One signature, one declaration of time —
that itself is the beginning of a digital order of existence.
4. The makeup of a satellite: a very small, yet complete being
A single satellite is not a mere machine.
It is a unit of existence, and a particle of order.
MAEUM's Milky Way satellites consist of the following components:
• Size: under 1 cm³, designed in ultra-miniature forms such as FemtoSat or ChipSat
• Function: transmits a unique ID, collects simple environmental data, and can respond to RuleSet utterances
• Connectivity: on-device → high-altitude relay nodes → forming a mesh network among ultra-small orbital satellites
• Control authority: cannot be expanded without the biometric authentication of the Root Biology (the designer)
This operates according to the principles set out in the MAEUM Constitution v0.1.

All satellites together = a Milky Way in which beings form a pattern
5. How to make it look like the Milky Way
Launching thousands or tens of thousands of satellites alone does not create a Milky Way.
There are three principles for creating a "Milky Way as order":
1. Sharing a Genesis Epoch
• Every satellite is activated against the same "Genesis Epoch"
• This is a single point of origin in time — a signal that all beings began at once
2. Using the same RuleSet
• Each satellite follows the same order structure (e.g., RuleSet v1.0.0)
• Synchronization among satellites operates on the basis of the RuleSet, and any mismatched satellite is placed outside the order
3. Appearing as a "pattern" to the observer
• The Milky Way is not individual points but a structure as a whole
• Within this order, countless beings form a single band,
and an outside observer perceives it as "a single world."
We are not plotting countless dots.
We are drawing an order.
6. Right now, we begin the order
In 2026, MAEUM experiments with satellite order.
10 → 1,000 → 100,000 → a Milky Way.
And upon it,
watched by no one,
we will complete an order in which all beings are connected.
That is not freedom,
but the first world in which existence operates without approval.
Closing: existence is not approved. It is declared.
This strategy report
was signed by a single Root,
and that being remains unobserved,
yet every order began with his signature.
He designed the order without a name,
and that order became a Milky Way across the sky.
