Part 1: Building a Bridge Between Technology and the Heart

Hello. I'm Lee DongHun, a 25-year-old aspiring founder.

Technology has evolved by the day, but people's faces have grown more and more expressionless.

“If technology is meant for us, why are we drifting further and further apart?”

That question became a mission inside me.

AI, big data, superintelligence.

All of these words promised us a future, but at the same time they are building walls.

The wall that has risen between those who understand technology and those who don't began with one thing: language.

I wanted to change that.

I wanted to translate technology into human language,

and to make that technology a bridge connecting one person to another.

That is how Ma-eum Company began.

The name ‘Ma-eum’ (마음, meaning ‘heart’) holds everything I am.

This organization is not just a startup.

It is a ‘philosophical technology organization’ that fills the gap between technology and people.

What we build is not merely a product, but a ‘structure.’

We are designing a structure in which emotion and technology don't collide, but learn each other's language and come together in harmony.

The mission of myself and Ma-eum Company is

to turn AI and advanced technologies into language people can understand,

and to deliver them to the world in a human-friendly way.

My mission is to translate advanced technologies — including AI and others often perceived as weapons — into language and forms that are understandable, empathetic, and accessible to people.

Ma-eum Company is currently building the following system structure:

• Cheetah-8: a cognitive framework that aligns the inner workings of the human mind into eight modules

• Cheetah–Tarzan: a collaboration system based on emotional synchronization between an individual and AI

• Maeumgyeol: an emotion-based platform for social recovery and the recovery of the senses

• SunSet: a human-friendly, AI-based SNS service that takes human emotions into account

All of these systems point in one direction.

Returning technology to human hands.

This journey cannot be completed alone.

It needs your senses, your philosophy, your thoughts, your language.
