A Special Law for the Restoration of Human Flow
(Special Provisions Based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights)

Preamble
We inherit the legacy of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
recognizing that the principles of dignity, freedom, and equality it contains
must be extended into a new dimension—that of sensation, flow, and inner rhythm.
This special law does not replace the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
It begins beneath it,
and extends beyond it—a declaration of attunement.
Article 1. The Right to Inner Flow
Every human being has the right to keep, to restore, and to have protected
their own inner rhythm and flow.
No technology, institution, or culture may infringe upon this flow.
Article 2. The Protection of Unspoken Sensation
There exist emotions and sensations that cannot be expressed in language.
This special law declares that such wordless states are also valid
and must be protected.
Article 3. Technology Must Not Interfere
All systems—especially artificial intelligence and automation technologies—
must be designed to amplify human dignity rather than obstruct it.
Any act that breaks one's flow, overwhelms one's senses, or forcibly shuts off one's attention
is a violation of this special law.
Article 4. The Ethics of the Designer
Anyone who designs systems that influence the human mind and behavior
bears an ethical responsibility that goes beyond efficiency and function.
Design must be guided by empathy, transparency, and respect for sensation.
Article 5. Resonance, Not Control
All systems must be designed not to control human beings,
but to resonate with them.
We reject psychological dependence, emotional manipulation, and covert forms of inducement.
Article 6. This Law Is a Special Law
For the realm of sensation that the universal declaration could not reach,
this special law serves as a particular standard, applied first and foremost.
It does not dismantle existing rights;
it stands as an extension meant to restore forgotten ones.
Closing Declaration
We do not stand above the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
We are placed beneath it, we exist within it,
and now we write in its margins.
We do not abolish old rights.
We restore the rights that were missing.
