The Board I Actually See

“The way I see it,” only two things create real difference.

• Infrastructure: the data centers and GPUs/NPUs that can run those giant models at will

• Orchestration: the optimized structure that attaches and weaves the right model into the right place

In the end, the age of AI-as-spectacle will fade.

GPT? Claude? Gemini? Kimi? DeepSeek?

Honestly, for someone like me trying to build a business, that is a relief.

Because everyone is staring only at this.

On top of solid infrastructure,

the one who sets the board is the one who seizes the real initiative.

I am looking at that board.
